The Van Dam Condominiums
The Van Dam Condominiums are located in downtown Saratoga and are walkable to everything! Originally built around 1900 as a schoolhouse, we rehabbed this building to accommodate four floors of 1-3 bedroom condominiums. These spaces feature modern amenities while retaining the building’s historic charm with exposed brick, wooden beam details, hardwood floors, and original tin ceilings.
The Spencer Condominiums
Located just off Broadway in Saratoga Springs, this 4-story mixed-use building holds eight residential condominiums on the 2nd through 4th floors over commercial space on the first floor.
