Tax incentives approved for Bonacio’s South Street revitalization in Glens Falls

“A subsidiary of Bonacio Construction has been awarded $1.7 million in tax exemptions for a $7.9 million project that will overhaul a section of South Street in downtown Glens Falls by renovating three vacant buildings to bring 18 apartments and up to two restaurants to the neighborhood.”
