We had a great time at our Beam Signing Ceremony for Project Polaris at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park! This new 3-story, 45,000 SF high-tech office building is already leased out by tenants in the intelligence and cybersecurity industries. Construction is underway now with completion expected next year. We were joined at the Ceremony by The Architectural Collaborative, Adirondack Trust, Empire State Development, Oneida County Industrial Development Agency, Griffiss Local Development Corporation, LARCH Landscape Architecture and Engineering, SIEGE Technologies, Mayor Jaqueline Izzo, County Executive Anthony Picente, Jr., Mohawk Valley Edge, the Rome Area Chamber of Commerce, Rome Planning Board, and representatives from City, County, and State government.
