Our construction team had a wonderful time at the ribbon cutting for Riverview Apartments at Corinth! We are so proud to have worked on this project, which will benefit many in the community. Riverview is an excellent example of the expression, “It takes a village,” with many local businesses and state and local officials offering their services in support of this project. Now complete, the building contains 30 units of supportive housing and 30 units of affordable housing, 15 of which are prioritized for people 55 and up. Residents are moving into these new apartments next week.
Joining us yesterday were some of the subcontractors on the project, including B&B Plumbing and Heating, regional organizations such as Hudson River Community Credit Union, which donated the land for the project, CSD Housing, and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, and state and local elected officials, including the Village of Corinth Mayor Terry Miller, NYS Senator Jim Tedisco, NYS Assemblymember Matthew Simpson, NYS Homes and Community Renewal Senior Vice President of Multifamily Finance Alexa Sewell, and NYS Office of Mental Health Commissioner Dr. Ann Marie T. Sullivan, MD.
