We are honored that our project, The Lodge at Schroon Lake, developed by Bonacio Development and built by Bonacio Construction, has won an Adirondack Architectural Heritage (AARCH) Preservation Award! Per the AARCH, “AARCH’s Annual Preservation Awards recognize exemplary historic preservation work throughout the region. Our 2024 recipients represent the wide range of projects, places, and people who are helping to preserve and enhance the unique heritage and built environment of the Adirondacks.” Our teams worked hard to maintain the historic charm of the resort alongside making necessary improvements and upgrades to the site.
