The Promenade Apartments are finished! This afternoon, we celebrated the completion of this new affordable housing project with a ribbon cutting at its location in downtown Saratoga Springs. It was a pleasure to be joined at the event by the Saratoga Springs Housing Authority, NorStar Development, New York State Homes and Community Renewal, KeyBank, The LA Group, Balzer + Tuck Architecture, the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, and representatives from City, County, and State government including Saratoga Springs Mayor Meg Kelly, Commissioner Robin Dalton, Commissioner Michele Madigan, New York State Senator Daphne Jordan, and New York State Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner. A special thank you to Longfellows Restaurant for catering the ribbon cutting.
