24 Caroline Street

A Thanksgiving Day fire in 2016 destroyed the former building at 30 Caroline St. and the apartments at 24 Caroline St. in downtown Saratoga Springs. Bonacio Construction rebuilt these spaces, starting with 24 Caroline St., and redesigned it with four new luxury apartments and a rooftop deck over the building. A communal staircase connects 24 Caroline St. to a new 4-story structure on 68 Putnam St., which houses three luxury apartments over a 1st-floor commercial space. These luxury apartments range from 1 to 2 bedrooms and feature spacious open floorplans, stainless steel appliances, tile surround showers, and quartz countertops.
