3 Franklin Square
Built in 1836, 3 Franklin Square is comprised of 3 buildings with different architectural styles. The 8,400 SF front building is a Greek Revival style, while the 3,600 SF Carriage House and Annex are a French Renaissance Revival style. This property was originally the home of the late Senator James Marvin who was part owner of the historic United States Hotel that once stood on Broadway. These buildings have now been modernized into office space for a wide variety of tenants.
