79 Henry Street, the site of the former ‘Red Barn,’ has been rebuilt by Bonacio Construction into a 3-story mixed-use building. At just over 16,500 SF, including a glass façade in the basement, the building includes two steel and wood stairs with stainless cable rails, a metal roof screen, exterior steel and stainless cable ramp railings, and heavy-duty custom parking bumper rail systems by Bonacio Steel.
