92 East Avenue
92 East Avenue was the catalyst for a now vibrant corridor in Saratoga Springs. Bonacio Development saw East Avenue was a primarily undeveloped area in a semi-industrial core brimming with opportunity due to its proximity to downtown Saratoga, I-87, and public transportation. Upon its completion by Bonacio Construction, 92 East Ave, a 16,700 SF office building, incorporates the inspiration of a simple barn construction with elegant contemporary detailing and fully commercial functionality. This project was awarded the 2007 Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation Award for Contextually Appropriate New Design, the 2007 Honor Award from AIA Eastern New York, and the 2008 Citation Award from AIA New York State. 92 East Avenue was the epicenter that breathed new life into the area, ushering in growth and creating the bustling area you see today.
