Construction is underway at the former site of the Turf & Spa Motel. The existing structure was demolished, and in its place will be an AC Marriott Hotel. This new building will be over 100,000 SF, four stories tall, and contain 120 guest rooms. Amenities include underground parking, a pool, a fitness center, a bar and lounge, and meeting areas. Structural steel for this project was fabricated by Bonacio Steel.
