For Amsure’s new headquarters in Saratoga Springs, Bonacio Construction renovated a 13,000+ SF underutilized former government office building to meet modern office needs. The top two levels of the building feature similar layouts with break rooms, offices, and conference rooms enclosed in storefront glass. The bottom level primarily includes employee spaces, such as training rooms, support areas, a break room, a gym, and locker rooms. Other upgrades to the building include a new exterior storefront, new windows, cleaning and repointing of the exterior masonry, and replacement of the MEP systems.
