Our team partially renovated this Greek Revival building to become an “Ideation and Creative Retreat” for Fingerpaint Marketing. Approximately 1,525 SF was revived with new flooring, interior doors & hardware, fresh paint and electrical fixtures. New plumbing fixtures were also added, along with air conditioning and new secure entry system. New appliances and countertops were added as well as a glass wall and entryway. Out back, a new concrete ramp was created.
