Greentree Stables
This project included the creation of two 400-foot-long equestrian barns with 100 stalls total plus a manager’s office with custom-designed windows and doors, slate roofs, and exposed framing cathedral ceiling in the main area, and bathroom building. The barns incorporated historically accurate building details such as slate and copper roofs, timber frame structured haylofts, Lucas Equine stall doors, and custom yellow pine wainscot and trim elements in every stall. The facility also features exterior wash stalls, equine specific rubberized floors and drains, and a custom therapy spa for the horses after their workouts.
