When KettlebellWorks was ready to expand we helped fit them up in a neighboring unit. We transformed the rough space into a 1,996 square foot gym space with a new bathroom, office, and mechanical room. To fit up the space, we poured the concrete floor slab, spray foamed the ceiling, insulated/framed the walls and columns, and installed new lights, plumbing & HVAC system. The scope of work is also inclusive of painting the exposed ceiling and MEPS to give an industrial look.
