We fit-up Kilwins, a high-end chocolatier, in The Washington, our mixed-use building on Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. Kilwins’ new space included all phases of construction work: metal framing, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarms and sprinklers, cabinets and countertops, drop ceiling, wood flooring, and painting. Our project management team worked with the owners on the design and finish selections for the project to achieve the appearance they needed.
