Construction is underway on a 102,000-square-foot Class A office building at Griffiss Business and Technology Park. This project repurposes a key factory site at the former Air Force base. Developed by Bonacio Development and built by Bonacio Construction with metalwork by Bonacio Steel, the L-shaped, three-story structure is served by 407 parking spaces. Structural features include steel columns and floor framing with flooded decks, bar joists at the roof level, and two steel pan-type stair towers with steel railing systems.
