A modern upgrade and a new layout breathed fresh life into this penthouse condo. Stepping into the new entryway finds new lighting from an LED tray ceiling bouncing off the floor’s black and white checkerboard tile inlay. Fresh paint and hardwood flooring throughout accentuate the unit’s open layout.

A new brick veneer accent wall connects the kitchen to the open floor plan of the living and dining areas. The existing kitchen was demoed to make space for a fresh layout with extra storage, including a hidden pantry in the cupboards and an enlarged island. Tile backsplash, a vent hood, pot filler, custom-selected appliances, and pendant lights round out the upgrades in the kitchen.

The layout of the living and dining areas was also altered to open the space and now features a beautiful custom-crowned LED tray ceiling. Around the fireplace are new custom wood accents, including built-ins on either side, and finished off with herringbone tile inlay surround. Off the dining room, a built-in niche bookshelf sits next to an arched entryway with custom frosted glass sliding doors that opens to a new lounge space with balcony access.

The powder bathroom received a facelift with elegant additions, including new vanity, wallpaper, black and white checkerboard tile flooring, and lighting fixtures. The guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom are down the hall from the powder bathroom. Inside is a custom-fitted teakwood steam shower, a floor-to-ceiling tile accent wall, new plumbing fixtures, a vanity, and accessories.

The layout of the other wing of the condo was completely overhauled to accommodate a new primary suite and home office. Another LED tray ceiling is found in the primary bedroom, along with a wallpapered accent wall and new electrical fixtures. The newly created primary bathroom contains a free-standing tub with a bathtub spout from the ceiling, a curved walk-in shower with accent tile inlay, and an inset tile surround. New fixtures and a vanity with backlit mirrors finish off the space.

A navy blue accent wall in the new home office surrounds the floor-to-ceiling windows highlighting the new blinds and freshly painted window sashes. Final touches include a custom bookcase niche and a new closet.
