Project Polaris is a 3-story, 45,000 SF high-tech office building in the Griffiss Business and Technology Park in Rome, NY. Since Griffiss covers over 3,500 acres with specific focuses on Technology, Manufacturing, Aviation, Office, Education, and Recreation, it’s appropriate that the interior of Project Polaris features office fit-ups for tenants in the cybersecurity industry. The Architectural Collaborative designed this newly constructed building, and LARCH Landscape Architecture and Engineering designed the site.
