PVC Industries is a 24,000 square foot storage and manufacturing building located in Clifton Park. The building serves as an expansion space for PVC Industries, an already active vinyl window manufacturing company and allow them to keep material that was originally stored outside in a dry, heated facility. The project included an 8,000 square foot open mezzanine for storage and a sixty foot connector between the new building and the old. The building itself is a Varco Pruden, pre-engineered metal building.
