Rockefeller Capital Management

Office & Retail

When Rockefeller Capital Management moved to a new location, they called us in to fit up the space. Where once the elevator lobby had a domed ceiling and dark, mahogany paneled walls, now a brighter, cleaner area greets people. Glass doors bookend the entrance where we installed downlit accent lights surrounding the raised ceiling, which bounces off an impressive newly installed full-length mural on the opposite wall.

The whole area required a new layout, and we adjusted the lighting to match this larger space. We reconfigured the reception area, too, and gave it a fresh coat of paint in Pantone color 5463C. We removed the demising wall between two offices to create a larger conference room with a balcony overlooking Broadway and Congress Park. We installed solid surface base storage cabinets at one end of the room. Lining the hallway outside the conference room are storefront glass windows we installed that made the move from Rockefeller Capital Management’s previous location. The kitchen needed a layout adjustment to accommodate appliances, cabinetry with an island full of storage that we built, and a seating area. Our team painted the ceiling tiles black and installed another full-length mural along the seating area. Finally, we painted the columns throughout the remainder of the 20,000 SF space, which also features two wings of open office space lined by offices and a lounge area.
