Multi-Family

SRDI is an affordable housing project on East Fenlon St. and Vanderbilt Ave. in Saratoga Springs. These two sites each hold a 2-story apartment building containing 12 units. In the East Fenlon St. building, 1–2-bedroom units are found on each of its floors with the entire first floor dedicated to ADA accessible apartments. The Vanderbilt Ave. building has 1–3-bedroom units available on both of its floors. These buildings are stick framed with slab-on-grade and have asphalt shingles over pitched truss roofs, vinyl windows, and a cultured stone water table. This project was brought to Saratoga Springs by the Saratoga Springs Housing Authority, Miller Rosentel Associates, Inc, and The LA Group.
