The Hendrick Hudson Building
The Hendrick Hudson Hotel was built in 1932 on the site of the former Troy House. This 7-story building in the heart of downtown Troy had a long-standing reputation for providing quality comfort and service. Bonacio Development’s goal was to emulate that reputation by providing premium living spaces at the epicenter of Monument Square. In 2017 along with 3T Architects, Bonacio Construction completed renovations to this historic building, creating three floors of 26 luxury apartments, and brought new life to the remaining office space throughout the building and the first-floor retail units. This project is part of our downtown revitalization of Troy, resulting in the conversions of 4 other buildings – The Dauchy, The Keenan, 33 Second St, and River Triangle.
