Ticonderoga Golf Course Clubhouse
After a kitchen fire in 2018 destroyed the former clubhouse at the Ticonderoga Golf Course, our Commercial Division was brought in to help rebuild. We teamed up with Phinney Design Group to bring to life a structure that embodies the Adirondacks setting it’s surrounded by.
The new two-story, 12,720 SF clubhouse is made of cedar soffits, pine framing, and Adirondack granite. It now features bars on both levels, a restaurant, pro shop, event space, locker rooms, and a fire sprinkler and suppression system. Multiple terraces and patios on each level look out onto the golf course and the Adirondacks beyond.
