Woodhaven Phase 2

Single-family Development

As with Phase 1, Woodhaven Phase 2 will feature seven single-family homes in two styles designed by KPB Architecture. Both types include contemporary features, including Quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a full basement, and a 2-car garage. The Woodstock is a 1,400 SF ranch-style house with two beds and two baths. The Gansevoort is a 1,600 SF two-story house with three beds and two and a half baths.
