Vince LaTerra named one of Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023

We are proud to announce that our Project Manager, Vince LaTerra, is one of Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023! We are thrilled that he’s been awarded this well-deserved honor. At just 32, Vince already has an impressive 10-year career managing some of our most notable projects, including the Promenade Apartments, Universal Preservation Hall, and The Children’s Museum at Saratoga. He’s also active in the community, mentoring trade students from WSWHE BOCES, joining the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation’s Board of Trustees and co-chairing the restoration of the historic home at 65 Phila Street, and even coaching 3rd and 4th-grade kids in the Saratoga NFL Flag Football League.
